Michele Burns

Michele Burns, Chief Operating Officer of C2 Sports Enterprises, LLC, has worked for the last 23 years in Client and Member-centric roles where she was known for providing exceptional support and service.  Her highly analytical approach to work is an asset and she has been recognized for going beyond expectations and ensuring financial investments are fully maximized. Fostering positive client and member relations and presenting a “not a problem” attitude is her mantra, and she makes certain high quality and customer satisfaction is realized across all services. She is a forward-thinking and innovative leader who can anticipate and address the needs of our participants and stakeholders, and who can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

In previous roles, Michele has served as a VP of Operations, Registration Specialist, Client Services Manager, and Soccer Club Administrator, roles where strategic planning and operational efficiency were a daily requirement.

 

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University (Go Cats!) and is also a QuickBooks Consultant. She is an avid sports fan, especially soccer, enjoys reading, is a music enthusiast, is active in her community, but enjoys more than anything, spending time with her family!
